Network Print Server is the new generation of print/plot system for the professional user who requires a fast, reliable and affordable solution running under Microsoft Windows.  Using the Larson Interpreter and Rasterizer it is able process the largest CGM files as well as other formats commonly encountered within the Exploration, Aerospace, Defence and Automotive industries.

 

Files can be processed by dropping them into ‘hot-folders’ on a network from either Windows or Unix programs or by integration into Major applications such as Landmark, GeoQuset, Paradigm, Petrel and Kingdom.  Also available are user submission GUI’s for Windows and Unix that allow users to add extra control to the print/plot process such as re-sizing, colour adjustment, rotation, copies.

 

The NPS system is able to simultaneously process jobs across all defined printers and is a true multi-threaded system.  Printer ready data is then passed to the native Windows print queue.
